Vehicle owners will be given cash if they claim it themselves while those who relies on third parties (runners, touts, agents etc) to do the claim for them, money order will be issued and addressed to the furnished details of the car owner. I wonder if they record the claims with the IC number or vehicle registration number. Maybe you can only claim once even you owns a few vehicles. Just hope they will REALLY REALLY upgrade the public transport this time... to at least what our neighbour Singapore's has.
