Quit smoking progress report
Ok. I’m doing fine. Mr. Hacks been a great help and a good friend. I’ve been following the advice in this good article. Therefore I’m posting it here to share it with the world. It is taken from Reader’s Digest (August 2007 edition)
Really, read it if you want to quit smoking but haven’t got any idea on what to do or how to start. It really works.
