@JH hello JH how are you i am max here at where you apply your mbf card,but now mbf already update now still think about it see want apply it anot,now got new plan every classic card used up to 6 mth than got credit limit 5k can prompt it to apply mbf gold card also got more benefit

I used to have an MBF card years ago. It was okay, no major problems. Then my bank gave me a new credit card which is more convenient to use (can pay through bank’s website) so I canceled the MBF card. This must have been almost 3 YEARS ago.

Then I received a bill from them yesterday and they charged me 50 bucks service fee and 225 annual fee. Called them up, said they’ll reverse the charges, but I need to have a the card active in order for them to do it, so they will send me a new card. Fella on the line told me to keep the card and cancel in May next year. WTF?

This is bullshit. If you ask me this is just a cheap ploy to get their old victims to use their cards again.

Even paying over the counter at CIMB, you have to fill in the cardholder’s NRIC and address. Each time you pay over the counter. Arrrghh. Stupid procedure.
