Weetbix + rusks + coffee
Today I’m eating Weetbix, rusk and coffee/milo/milk. I can swallow it well. I’ll stop the potato and soft boil egg for a while.
Now I have some energy drink in the menu:
- Mashed potatoes + soft boiled eggs
- Mashed potatoes + Bovril
- Mushroom/Chicken soup + eggs
- Weetbix + rusk + (all kinds of biscuits or cookies) + milk/coffee/milo
- Baby’s porridge + Bovril + eggs + mashed potatoes
- Tau foo fah
- Steamed/Water egg
- Japanese beancurd + soya sauce
Anyone have any better idea? I need energy drink. Now I remember that Real Madrid official energy drink I saw at the supermarket.
