Went to hospital. Doc said still have to put on the wires. In fact, they took out the rubber bands and replaced it with wires. Easier to clean and its more neat.
So my nasi lemak dream is shattered. I refused surgery. So have to put this archbar for a month so that the fracture heals completely. One more week MC they gave. Maybe next week gonna take out the wires and do jaw exercise.
Anyway, Doc said I’m getting better… but my nice teeth are more as nice as before. I used to have a very nice teeth.
If the doctor gonna take out the wires when I go check up on Thursday, I will celebrate this Merdeka in style. This Merdeka gonna be the most unforgettable in my life. Freedom has to be fought. Freedom for my jaw.
I will buy in bulk nasi lemak, bakuteh and teochew porridge and feast. I will ask my mum to cook some peanut soup. I gonna feast with my dad and mum and Szer and Mr. Bin. I wanna eat nasi lemak the first thing after the dental check up. After the feast, I shall chant : Merdeka, Merdeka Merdeka !
The above will be null and void if the doctor say it need to be put on till the next check up. Hmm.

Yesterday my dad bought some DVDs before they came back from Kulim and guess what, all the hongkey shows are in Mandarin. All dubbed in Mandarin. There’s no Cantonese channel. Only mandarin channel. Imagine the show Flashpoint…. Donnie Yen speak mandarin. Geez.
This scenario used to happen to me too. I bought some DVDs in Penang and all were in Mandarin. Arrgh.
Why in the northern states they sell shows that dubbed into Mandarin? I don’t fancy dubbed shows. I rather listen to a language I don’t understand and read the subtitle. At least the mouth and the sound is in sync.
Another thing is the cartoons we have on the free TV these days. Even SpongeBob is dubbed with some squeaky malay voice that did the Doraemon series. Why must they dub an English cartoon???? I don’t see a fucking reason why an English show need to be dubbed. Just put the subtitle lah !!
I don’t mind they dub Japanese, African, Russian, French or Spanish cartoons. How often you know someone here can understand these languages compared to English. Children should be encouraged to watch English cartoons so that they can pick up the language easier.
The Information Minister should look into this matter. Cartoons is not just mere entertainment for kids. It can be a good teaching tool for language learning kids.

Many months ago when there’s a booth selling Vono soup at my office building lobby, I thought it was crap. I’m also missing the fat lady cooking bak kut teh at Kaka. Arrghgh. I miss that specky boss of the prawn mee + lum mee joint in Kepong, Ho Yee Kee. I miss that fat char kuey tiau lady at Yum Yum Tree, Taman Desa. Arrgh.
I miss all these people more than my parents. Arrggh.

A day before yesterday, I dreamed of me flying…. and chased by a friend asking me to go out with him… which of course i dont want to go out with.
My body was featherweight I could fly with the winds. As the wind blows, I rise up the skies and its like in Doraemon comic… where you just fly like that. Although there’s this “cardboard” i hold on my hard to help me fly. I flew from Selayang to Kepong, I hopped from building to building…. and Ah Seng could fly like me too…. he was chasing me all over. I could feel the G of going up and down the altitude.
Then I was awaken by a cough. Geez.
Again, yesterday, I dreamed of Oasis. Yes, the band. They came to Malaysia for a meet-the-fans session and I was the early bird to reach the venue. Before the show started, I went outside the building to have a smoke and a kwailo came over to ask for a light. I gave him a light. Man… he was a Gallagher. I forgot whether he was Liam or Noel. Then he walked off. I stood there looking at the lighter.
Then someone tap me from behind and I woke up. Arrgh.
