R134A

I was at a collision repair workshop in Sg. Buloh this afternoon. I asked the Bangla mechanic (or in normal speak mudguard-lo) to dismantle the aircond condenser. As he was dismantling the front nose of the car… i was talking to the boss and we were standing about 1-2 metres away from the car.

Suddenly a big burst of aircon gas leaked and the boss and I were all wet. Damn. It was like someone held a fire extinguisher and unload the whole tank straight at you. My face, my hands and my shirt were all wet. The surrounding turned foggy. My mouth turned bitter.  Hands became oily. Quickly rinsed it. Luckily, nothing happen to me.
Next time, if i ask someone to dismantle the condenser, I will stand farther.
