Yesterday I heard this over the radio about a discussion of men watches…. whether to go for leather strap or metal strap… or otherwise… rubber strap? So, i decided to start something like it here.

Just wanna know your opinion and why? To me, I think 2 things must be considered when getting a watch. Practicality and weather. I’m not talking about the dollar value of the watch.
Go ahead say anything. Free speech here is open to ladies and gentlemen.

Yep! I agree.. practicality & weather are the factors to be considered.
Personally, I have a few watches - one classy & expensive one for dinners & sometimes for work; another cheap & practical one for the gym or when I go for my exercise & other cheapo dress watches for gallivanting & work.. hehe

practicality for sure: if you’re in construction, just wear a cheap durable watch, one u don’t have to worry about scratching it!
personally, although some may argue that for men, watches are important as it represents the men himself, i don’t really see it that way. It is just used to tell us the time. That’s all.

I’m always fascinated by watches… just that dont really have enough money to buy the nice ones.
I like those with leather straps but our weather in Malaysia just dont encourage it.
So i gotta resort to black rubber straps which go along well and yet… hip to match with.
man i just cant get my eyes off this Bell & Ross. Simple yet tough it looks.
