Evergreen
The Lees, Soon Keong and I went to Pertama and Campbell this afternoon to look for the stuff I needed for my upcoming trip. Well… I got the bag but not the poncho and boots. The bag bought at Pertama for RM80. Quite nice and look tough. Need to put it to test. Like what nyx said… she bought a bag there and it accompanied her to many place for the past two years… I’ll see if mine will do so. The lady at the bag shop told us to go to Campbell to look for camping stuffs like the Bunsen burner stove and other stuffs. She also told us that the a shop that give a cheapest deal. She mumble some chinese name which I don’t know or understand but she said one thing I remembered – “..but its closed for today”. She adviced that the army gears sold in Pertama are very expensive which often were marked-up a few folds. Nicole bought a luggage bag for her upcoming Bangkok trip. She bargained with the lady boss… and the lady asked Lee if she’s a Chinese (doll) girl. We laughed the whole day.
So, we went looking around Pertama and came to this shop selling uniform and army stuffs. Asked for a poncho… I was stunned by the price tag. RM88.00 ?! The quality is goooooood, thick camouflage material. Asked for a bargain and the final price was RM75. That still can’t overcome my conscience and we got the fuck out of there.
We then headed to Campbell and looked around for the shop the bag shop lady told us about. We found it. Geeez. It was Evergreen. What the fuck. Why I forgotten about it?! Evergreen’s factory is in Kepong. Should’ve went there straight to buy from the factory. Fuck. I totally forgot about it. So I told them about the factory in Kepong…. and we decided to get back to Kepong.
When we reached Evergreen factory, it was closed but next door was open. Delta Rovers climbing club. Wall climbing. It’s a wall climbing place in Kepong. The facility is very nice… with different walls for different level of climbers. Soon Keong bought a bag from their shop. So, I will go get my stuffs from Evergreen in the weekdays.
