The yard in Sean’s house. (Picture taken on my SE P900)

So.. this morning went swimming at Casa Mila, Ideal Heights with Sean Jean, Michelle, ChiaYee and Sean’s bro, Julian. Striked 8.48 am, I’m already in the pool doing doggy style.. Damn… I don’t even wake up this early on a working day. Anyway, its good and healthy since I have a three-months. After swimming, had a light breakfast. The delicious nasi lemak with rendang daging (beef dry curry) with extra rice at the Selayang Jaya (my hometown) market. Yummy.

After breakfast… or should I say brunch, went site seeing. First, went to Lee’s new houses at Selayang Heights. His parents already there, yeah… what can 2 retirees do on a Sunday afternoon. Despite the fucking hot glaring weather they couldn’t care much and were so excited with the upcoming new house. Damn… his parents bought 2-unit of apartments of different phase/design. We’re all fooled again. Thats 2 (two) units man. Though its not ready yet but its a very nice place with swimming pool, gymnasium, saunas, etc. Hilly area. Pinggiran Templer. He will be shifting-in around July-August. He told me we gotta help him on moving day. Sure.. no prob…. but there’s extra work. Some of his stuffs mainly cupboards, tables, king size beds etc would not fit into the smaller house…. so all these we gotta help him to shift to Nicole’s place at Wangsa Maju, Genting Klang… a 5th floor (top) flat. No lifts. Now this is shit. Fucked him and asked him to dismantle the stuffs if possible, before moving. By the way, wanna know why his family want to shift away from the current place ? Check out these dogss, man. But now the dogss’ house is for sale (with all value-addeds: the foulest stench in the neighbourhood). Lee have got no more strength to fuck anymore after knowing about this news. They wanna shift because of the doggs and now there’re about to shift, the doggs’ gonna move away too. Ayoyo.

Then we went to see Sean’s new bungalow in Mutiara Homes, Mutiara Damansara. Walking distance from The Curve. He would’ve shifted in time to celebrate Chinese New Year there but there were some misfortunes that happened. The water tanks leaked and I mean 2-3 tanks of very huge tanks. Gallons of water gushed down to the rooms to the upper hallway to the staircase to the dining area…. all the floorings are timber flooring. Wall cabinets, beds, etc have to be done again and therefore delayed for moving. Nevermind, “chee loong yap sui” (kandang babi masuk air / “water went into the pigs pen”). Man… you gotta check out his landscaped yard with the fish pond for kois (japanese carps). The house we saw is a version 2.0. By that, I mean that the house is not the one of the originally built by the developer of the township. The original one was whacked/demolished down to… only the main pillars left and was rebuilt from scratch. Furthermore, its a corner lot. Yo, this is real estate.

From Sean’s new house, we proceeded to Chia Yee’s new house at Kota Damansara…. the part near the Kota Damansara exit of the North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), and name of the place, Seri Utama. We didn’t stop and go into the house. We just passed by and its a double-storey link house. Chia Yee didn’t bring the keys as we suddenly decided to go there. Gated community. Not bad… I see a lot of Chinese stays there.

Choki will be moving to Mastiara, Ipoh Road. Also heard Towkay Teh will be moving to Desa Park City… somewhere near Manjalara, Kepong. Ken? Ken will be moving to Kepong Prima. Yeah… can always ask him for bak kut teh (pork in herbal tea). Thats the Malaysian most-loved non-halal fast food. Anyone else? Hmmm… now dAniEL also thought of seeing a lot (lot as in a lot of 1 acre land).

Well, looks like a lot of people moving away from hometown. Yeah, its time for a change. People need some new environment, start a second chapter of life, get out of the crowded area and earn some bucks selling the ever demanding properties in the fast-paced growing West Side of Selayang… land of the Idealian. More info on this (properties) should be referred to this macha, Lingesh. They’re the professionals. Now with a few moving away from hometown, the frequency of travelling to Selayang for a drink or for a meal, would be lesser. Because of the majority are staying in Selayang and I’m the only one staying somewhere in a distant, I’ve gotta travel to meet them rather than they come over to my place. Well, there were few times that they came over though. So, now, those who gonna be shifting to this side of the city (Kepong-LDP-Sg.Buloh)
, will join me in demanding the hometown guys to come over this side for meals, drinks, outings etc. Haha. Reinforcements.
